The Reschini Group and our broker partners have been leading providers of employee benefit consulting services for over 75 years. With a solid reputation, we advise our clients on the strategy, design, financing, delivery, communication, and ongoing planning and management of employer-sponsored employee benefit plans. As Administrator of the County Government Health Alliance (CGHA), we collaborate with Highmark BCBS and each of our broker partners to offer these ongoing services to our valued County Government Clients. In summary, services to our County Government clients can be grouped as Benefit Plan Review and Proposals, Consumerism and Education, Data Utilization Analysis, Collective Bargaining Assistance, Compliance/Administrative Services, Renewal Process and Analysis, and Enrollment and Eligibility.
