Assistance with various employee meetings is available to help your employees understand their benefit changes and plan provisions.
Data Utilization Analysis
Diagnostic summaries of health care utilization are provided. Summaries may include comparisons of past experience and analysis for potential cost savings. Comparative CGHA key ratios are also provided.
Collective Bargaining Assistance
For CGHA clients with collective bargaining agreements, we are available (under the Commissioner’s direction) in the negotiation process. This can include providing background information, plan design, recommendations, and employee education.
Compliance/Administrative Services
To assist our CGHA clients in satisfying day-to-day needs, a variety of administrative services are available. These services may include financial reporting, guidance with state and federal regulatory requirements, compliance issues and COBRA administration.
Renewal Process and Analysis
A complete analysis of the county’s annual renewal summary is provided. This analysis includes utilization, rate calculations, renewal rates, summary of current benefit plan(s) and possible benefit alternatives and relevant compliance guidance.
Enrollment and Eligibility
Through Crown Benefits Administration, CGHA clients receive enrollment management and billing services.
Comparative Data Analysis
Claims and Utilization reports are generated and comprehensively reviewed in order to mitigate utilization and improve savings.
Savings Programs
CGHA clients have access to savings programs and discounted wellness benefits for their employees.
